Dr. Rosalind Osgood has extensive experience in both ministry and public administration. Currently serving as the Associate Minister at Mount Olive Baptist Church since June 2007, Dr. Osgood also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Mount Development Corporations, a role maintained since June 2002. Additionally, Dr. Osgood was the Broward County School Board Chair from November 2012 to September 2024, overseeing policy setting and management of a $5 billion budget. Dr. Osgood earned a Doctorate in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University Huizenga School of Business between 2000 and 2002.
