Nneka Medebem

Nneka Medebem is the Performance, Data Analytics and Process lead for Hewlett Packard Inc, an information and technology company in the HP Indigo Division Americas - Industrial Print Services. Evaluating current business practices to increase revenue by improving operational efficiency, she leads the data team responsible for reporting and analytics. She is responsible for projects that support goal congruence of providing an outstanding service experience for the graphics solution business. Conducting full lifecycle analysis for project requirements, integration, and delivery.

She also serves as Program Manager for worldwide volunteering, a Pillar of the PIBs Digital Equity and Sustainability Program in the Americas, EMEA, and APJ regions. Tasked with maximizing volunteering and giving, she leads a team of service-oriented ambassadors, building regional specific communications and volunteer plans to improve community vitality and resilience through the power of technology, enabling service, education, and economic opportunities for everyone.

Prior to her current roles she worked with Samsung Electronics on two continents, managing global end-to-end Supply Chain Management for Samsung Electronics West Africa, Lagos Nigeria in the Computing Division, and Ghana leading the Computing and Consumer Electronics Divisions, increasing distribution, brand footprint and equity across various West African countries.

At Samsung Electronics America she led collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment for the Home Appliances Division, driving and managing key Supply Chain Initiatives and Analytics with a direct impact on sales and profitability. She has also worked in consulting, route-to-market, document management, integrated marketing, and equipment leasing supporting the policies and funding for the leasing industry on the African continent.

She obtained her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan, and a Master of International Law and Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and an MSc. in Procurement Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Salford, Manchester United Kingdom- Zurich Campus.

She currently resides in the Johns Creek area, obtaining her Executive MBA from the J. Mack Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, and a MSc. in Project Management from the Harrisburg University of Science and Technology.

Nneka serves on the Mount Pisgah Christian School’s Board of Trustees, Spiritual Life Committee and Advancement Committee, and as a Parent Ambassador for the class of 2027.

Nneka was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria, a linguistically diverse nation. She is Ika and Urhobo by birth, and Igbo by marriage. She speaks fluent Yoruba having had her formative years in Western Nigeria. She spends time with nature in her garden, watching creation blossom from garden to dish.

Nneka and her husband George have 3 children who attend or have attended Mount Pisgah Christian School: Michael (Class of 2022), Alex (Class of 2025) and Gabriel (Class of 2027). The Medebems’ attend St. Brigid Catholic Church in Johns Creek.
