Kimberly Terrill

Kimberly Terrill, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Director of Career Education and Development at the University of California, Los Angeles, leading a team to support the career development of 32,000 undergraduate students. With over two decades of experience at Mount Saint Mary's University, Kimberly has held various roles including Adjunct Faculty, Director of Career and Professional Development, and Director of Community Engagement, demonstrating a strong commitment to student success through innovative programming and professional skill development. Kimberly holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from Azusa Pacific University and an MA in Applied Women's Studies from Claremont Graduate University, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Scripps College.
