Kapil Popli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kapil started their career in 1998 as an Associate Consultant at Planman Consulting, where they gained valuable knowledge about the IT/Telecom/Semiconductor market in India. Kapil then moved on to Synergy Consultants, where they worked as an Assistant Manager in IT/Telecom Resourcing, focusing on business development and servicing new clients in the sector.

In 2001, Kapil joined an IT company as an AM - RMG, where they were responsible for the whole manpower planning process, resourcing IT professionals for various skill sets, both domestically and internationally.

From 2002 to 2008, Kapil worked at Fillers Consulting Group as a Sr. Manager/Manager - Staffing, handling a team of IT recruiters and interacting with IT MNCs and Indian business houses to identify potential clients. During their time at Fillers Consulting Group, they independently handled accounts of Fortune 500 companies like UnitedHealth Group, Deloitte, IBM, and others.

In 2008, Kapil joined Teamlease as a Practice Lead in IT/Telecom, managing a team and building strong relationships with clients such as Microsoft, Deloitte, and IBM.

From 2009 to 2015, Kapil worked as a Principal Consultant/Practice Head at Fillers Consulting Group, where they continued to handle Fortune 500 companies and liaise with various IT/Telecom MNCs and Indian business houses to identify potential clients.

In 2015, Kapil joined IndiHire Consultants as an Associate Director in Search & Selection, specializing in IT/Telecom & E-Commerce. Kapil held this position until 2018 when they joined Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. as a VP in Search & Selection.

Currently, Kapil holds the role of Associate Director - Executive Search at Scaler Consulting, starting in 2020.

Kapil Popli began their education in 1993 at SPS - 1993 Batch', where they pursued a B.Com Hons degree from DU (1993-1996). After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue an MBA from IIPM, graduating in 1998. No further information about their education history was provided.
