Jenille Fairbanks

Jenille Fairbanks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance, currently serving as VP of Governance and Regulatory Risk at Mountain America Credit Union since September 2009. In this role, Jenille oversees the development and enhancement of governance programs and directs the strategy for Governance, Risk and Compliance technologies, notably with Archer Integrated Risk Management software. Previous positions include VP Lending Compliance, where Jenille led the development of a Compliance Management System and Fair Lending Program, as well as AVP Lending Compliance, Mortgage Underwriting Manager, and Mortgage Training and Development Manager, all contributing to a robust understanding of lending regulations and mortgage underwriting processes. Jenille also served as Adjunct Faculty at Brigham Young University, where course design and student assessment were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Mass Communication from Brigham Young University, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
