Russell Kloepfer

Russell Kloepfer is an experienced quality engineering and services professional currently serving as the Quality Engineering Manager at Mountain America Credit Union since September 2023. With a longstanding tenure at DirectScale since March 2016, Russell has held multiple roles including Director of Services/Integration Architect, overseeing client solutions and software delivery, as well as Director of Software Engineering, where responsibilities included resource management and client project oversight.
