Nathan Goad

Nathan Goad, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP has a diverse professional background in the field of pharmacy. Nathan is currently serving as both the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program Director and the PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program Director at Cabell Huntington Hospital since October 2022 and July 2021 respectively. Nathan is also working as a Clinical Pharmacist at the same institution since August 2019.

Before joining Cabell Huntington Hospital, Nathan completed their PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Tampa General Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of PGY1 Pharmacy Resident at Wake Forest Baptist Health from July 2017 to June 2018.

Nathan's work experience also includes their time as an Academic Tutor at Campbell University from September 2012 to December 2016.

Nathan has obtained various certifications, including Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist (BCCCP) from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in 2021, Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in 2018, and multiple pharmacy licensures in Florida, North Carolina, and West Virginia. Additionally, they have completed courses such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Provider, Biomedical Investigators Course, and Fundamental Critical Care Support Course (FCCS).
