Anna Koropatkin

Anna Koropatkin has a diverse range of work experience. Anna started their career at Target in 2008 as a Guest Service/Sales Floor Team Member, where they maintained a neat store environment, provided guest assistance, and operated a cash register system. In 2014, they joined Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut as a Senior Job Coach, where they provided support and training to individuals with disabilities, taught work tasks and social skills, and documented progress. In 2016, they worked as an ABA Therapist at Easter Seals of Coastal Fairfield County. Later, they joined Ability Beyond in 2016 as an Employment Specialist, and eventually became a Senior Employment Specialist. In this role, they managed supported employment services, networked with local employers, and assisted individuals with job searches. Most recently, in 2020, Anna started working at Mountainside as a Continuing Care Case Manager, and later became a Junior HR Business Partner.

Anna Koropatkin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a research concentration and a minor in Spanish at the University of Connecticut from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Mental Health First Aid in October 2016, CPR and AED from the American Heart Association in January 2022, and PMT (Professional Crisis Management Training) from Ability Beyond in February 2020.
