Maria Salas

Maria Salas has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Maria started their career as an HR Specialist at La Clinica De Familia in 2006 and then worked as an HR Generalist at CHS from 2008 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Maria worked as an HR Manager at UHS. Maria then joined Sierra Medical Center as an HR Generalist from 2014 to 2015. Following that, Maria worked at Lovelace Health System as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, they served as a Human Resources Director at Carlsbad Medical Center. Maria then moved to Mimbres Memorial Hospital and Nursing Home, where they worked in the same role from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at MountainView Regional Medical Center starting from October 2021.

Maria Salas has earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from NMSU. Additionally, they have another Bachelor's degree, specifically a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), in Human Resources Management and Services from New Mexico State University.
