Stephanie Boughner

Stephanie Boughner serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Curio Wellness since April 2023. Prior to this role, Boughner held various positions at Aramark from September 2010 to April 2023, including Vice President of Human Resources for Sports and Entertainment, Human Resources Director for both Sports and Entertainment and Education K12, Senior Human Resources Manager, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Boughner's career began at TAPFIN Process Solutions as an RPO Consultant from January 2008 to September 2010, contributing to human capital solutions for clients such as Comcast Corporation and DuPont. Previously, Boughner worked as Manager of Implementations at Seatoncorp from 2006 to 2008 and as Affiliate Services Coordinator at The Kendal Corporation from 2004 to 2006. Boughner earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Penn State University in 2003.
