Matthew Conrad has an extensive work history in the healthcare industry. Matthew is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at MountainView Regional Medical Center since September 2021, after temporarily assuming the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer from July to September 2021. Before entering the hospital setting, Matthew Conrad gained experience as a Medical Assistant at Pediatric Associates.

Matthew Conrad completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of South Carolina between 2004 and 2009. Matthew further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Medical University of South Carolina during the period of 2011 to 2013.
