Jennifer Plum

Jennifer Plum has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Employment Manager at Mountaire Farms since January 2017. In this role, Jennifer oversees full-cycle recruitment functions, including prescreening, interviewing, and onboarding processes, while utilizing Oracle and ORC applications for hiring procedures. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as a Sales Associate at Clarks, a Maintenance Supervisor at St. Mortiz, and a General Manager at TCBY and Mrs. Fields Franchising, where responsibilities included managing multiple stores and ensuring compliance with health code regulations. Jennifer obtained a high school diploma from Cheyenne Central High School and has further education at Laramie County Community College.
