Pamela Webster

Pamela Webster has over 25 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. Pamela recently worked at Mountaire Farms as the Director of Talent Acquisition and previously served as the HR Complex Manager. Before joining Mountaire Farms, they were the Director of Human Resources at Prestage Foods of Iowa. Prior to that, Pamela worked as a Director/Consultant in Human Resources and Organizational Design & Strategy for CPG QSR C-Store Food Manufacturing Operational Start Ups & Mergers. Pamela also held senior positions at Perdue Farms, Clemens Food Group, Boar's Head Brand, and Carolina Turkey, where they contributed to various aspects of human resources and organizational development.

Pamela Webster holds a Master's Degree in Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University, which they obtained in 2011. Pamela also has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Saint Leo University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida, a PHR certification from SHRM, and a Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certification from Prosci.
