Saurabh Maniar

Saurabh Maniar has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Saurabh is currently working as the Director of Information Technology at Mountaire Farms since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at FPL Food LLC from December 2016 to November 2022. During their tenure at FPL Food LLC, they focused on executive level organization and management, project and workflow management, and leadership and organizational change.

Before joining FPL Food LLC, Saurabh worked as the Director of Information Technology at Triumph Controls, LLC from November 2012 to December 2016. In this role, they were responsible for defining the strategic technology roadmap and overseeing IT operations for multiple locations.

Saurabh also has experience as an IT Manager at Quench USA, Inc. from June 2010 to September 2012, and as an AVP-IT at Zenta from June 2001 to October 2008.

Earlier in their career, Saurabh worked as a Project Incharge at Global Tech Services from March 2000 to July 2001, and as a Network Engineer at Global Tele Systems from 1999 to 2001.

Saurabh Maniar completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology from the University of Mumbai between 1994 and 1997. Prior to that, they attended Lourdes High School from 1980 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Morning Side Evaluations and Consulting.
