Greg Miclat

Greg is a Senior Manager on MCM’s Assurance Services Team and provides accounting and assurance services to clients in the financial services industry. Greg has experience serving both private and public financial institutions ranging from de novo status to institutions greater than $10 billion in assets.

In addition to external audit experience, Greg’s internal audit and compliance experience encompasses both private and public institutions, including testing of key controls for SOX 404 and FDICIA requirements as well as interest rate risk and liquidity audits.
