Greg Wilson

Greg has more than 30 years of experience assisting closely-held companies in tax and audit areas. His client base consists primarily of general and subcontractor companies within the construction industry. He has performed specific services within the industry including cost certifications, audits of construction estimates, assisted construction companies with process and controls implementation and other contract focused services for the past 30 years. Greg has extensive experience with overhead allocation methodologies, reviewing and testing AIA billings for compliance with contract provisions as well as working with various accounting and cost systems for construction contractors. Greg currently serves as the President of the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky.
