Sue Beavil

Sue Beavil is an experienced Talent, Learning and Organizational Development professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles across the legal and professional services sectors. Currently serving as Head of Learning at Mourant since February 2019, Sue has held key positions such as Head of Talent Development at Ince & Co International Law Firm and Head of People Development at BDO. Sue's extensive expertise includes developing comprehensive learning and development strategies that enhance professional skills and organizational performance, with a notable focus on leadership and management development. In addition to practical experience, Sue is pursuing a Master's degree in Strategy, Change and Leadership at the University of Bristol, building on prior qualifications including an MA in Personal and Organisational Development from Middlesex University and a BA Hons in Public Media and Recreation Management from Leeds Trinity University.
