Liat Soffer ליאת סופר has held a variety of roles in the finance sector since 1991. Liat began their career as a Manager at Brightman Almagor, followed by an internship at CPA Dorit Gabay - גורית גבאי רוח\"ח. In 1995, they became Group Financial Controller at BVR Technologies Co, where they were responsible for financial, economic and legal aspects of a multi-project company with 200 employees. Liat then moved to Maximal Innovative Intelligence Ltd as VP Corporate Finance in 1999. In 2001, they joined ForeScout Technologies as VP Finance, where they were part of the US management, providing profitability checks and financing solutions. In 2010, they became CFO of Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics, a clinical stage biotechnology company, and was responsible for uplisting from OTC Bulletin Board to NASDAQ. In 2015, they became CFO of Pango Mobile Parking Ltd. and managed the Due Diligence process, private placements, and Convertible Loans. In 2017, they joined CyberX Labs as CFO and was acquired by Microsoft in 2020. Liat is currently the Group Chief Financial Officer at Microsoft.
