Ricki Rico

Ricki Rico is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sales and account management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sales for the West at Movable Ink since February 2019, Ricki specializes in personalizing customer engagements through automation and artificial intelligence. Ricki has been recognized with multiple awards, including the President's Club for fiscal years 2021, 2022, and 2023. Prior to Movable Ink, Ricki held various roles at HID Global from April 2013 to January 2019, including IAM Channel Manager for the Americas and Channel Sales Manager. Ricki began the career at Janssen's Place Auto Body as an Office Manager from January 2007 to December 2011. Ricki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University - East Bay between 2007 and 2012.
