Marielle Bannink

Marielle Bannink is an accomplished archaeologist with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as an Archeoloog at Movares since July 2025. Prior to this position, Marielle worked at MUG Ingenieursbureau for nearly eleven years, holding roles such as Archeoloog and Projecttechnicus, where responsibilities included fieldwork, documentation, and technical execution for archaeological projects in Northern Netherlands. Additional experience includes project roles at RAAP and VUhbs, where Marielle contributed to various archaeological projects across Belgium and the Netherlands. Marielle's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Classical and Mediterranean Archaeology and a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
