Laetitia Dowd

Laetitia Dowd is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for the Movement Foundation and Movement School since January 2024, Laetitia also holds the position of Founder and CEO at Dowd Advisory, focusing on strategic financial management in a post-pandemic environment. Laetitia contributes to the Communities in Schools of Charlotte Mecklenburg as a Board Member and Co-Chair of the Educational Equity Committee. Previous roles include CFO of Corporate Investment Banking Markets at Wells Fargo, where Laetitia directed financial planning and strategic initiatives, and various positions at Bank of America and Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta. Laetitia's educational background includes a Master's in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Risk Management, complementing a strong foundation in strategic marketing.
