Varsha Alok (she/her) has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they started their career as an Associate Business Analyst at Accenture, where they worked closely with clients, created reports, and provided suitable solutions. Varsha later transitioned to the role of a Business Analyst, where they analyzed the performance of third-party partners and utilized SAS, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and dashboard creation. In 2018, Varsha worked as a Marketing & Business Development professional at Dabur Research Foundation, where they conducted market analysis, competitor research, and delivered industry-customized reports. Varsha then gained experience as a Risk and Strategy Intern at MMTC-PAMP India Private Limited, where they contributed to process mapping, risk mitigation planning, and data reconciliation solutions. In 2020, Varsha joined QAI as an Associate Product Manager, leading innovation programs and managing B2B accounts. Currently, they are working at Moven as an Account Manager, International Markets, focusing on partnership growth, client retention, and product specialization. Varsha also leads market and user research to develop new features and ensure a better user experience.

Varsha Alok (she/her) has a diverse educational background. Varsha obtained an MBA - Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Management and Liberal Arts (PGPM) from The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women in 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2015. Varsha's earlier education includes completing ICSE & ISC from Sacred Heart Convent School, where they studied Science from 1997 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Varsha has pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Varsha acquired the certification of Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in June 2020. Varsha also obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification from Scrum Alliance in August 2021. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
