Hameed Mohamed

Hameed Mohamed has had extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Hameed began their career in 2004 as a Front Desk Shift Leader at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) before moving on to roles such as Acting Guest Services Manager at Kempinski Hotels in 2006. In 2007, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Senior Sales Manager and later became the Cluster Assistant Director of Sales. Hameed then worked at Safir Hotels & Resorts as the Director of Sales from 2011 to 2012. Hameed joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™) again in 2012, this time as the Director of Sales - Corporate, and eventually became the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2015. In 2019, they joined Movenpick Hotels & Resorts as their Director of Sales and Marketing, a position they currently hold.

Hameed Mohamed received a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Helwan University Cairo in the years 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various areas such as leadership, strategic thinking, sales, and ALDP from InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in 2014 and 2015.
