Dongxu Zhou

Dongxu Zhou currently serves as the Director of Data Science at Moveworks, a position held since February 2022, following a tenure as Senior Manager of Machine Learning at Upstart from May 2021 to February 2022. Prior to these roles, Dongxu Zhou was a Tech Lead/Manager at Moveworks from April 2018 to February 2021, where significant advancements in an enterprise relevance model were achieved through a hybrid modeling approach, enhancing key performance metrics. Earlier experiences include working as a Data Scientist at Airbnb, where natural language processing models were developed, and participating as a Fellow at Insight Data Science. Dongxu Zhou's background also features scientific roles at Geosyntec Consultants and Los Alamos National Laboratory, along with volunteer work at Greenpeace. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Management from UC Santa Barbara and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Peking University.
