Pamela Welles

Pamela Welles has a long and varied work experience. Pamela began their career in 1991 as a Senior Editor at Veritech, Inc, where they were responsible for creating video content for training, communications and on-air projects, as well as training new editors. In 1996, they moved to Anderson Productions as an Avid Video Editor/System Maintenance Specialist, where they were part of an Emmy Award-winning team, editing primarily on the Avid Symphony non-linear editing system. In 2005, they started their own business, pwellesandco, providing professional creative services from logo design, print materials and video editing to web design and marketing for a variety of small business clients. In 2017, they joined Activate The Space as Vice President - Creative Services, managing a high-tech young team of digital technologists and delivering custom, product-driven high-end ads for a range of clients. In 2020, they joined Movia Robotics as Vice President Operations and Production Manager, and also joined New Park Creative as Project Manager, responsible for facilitating/producing creative projects for both clients and in-house initiatives.

Pamela Welles has a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Hartford. Pamela also has a Media composer editing and advanced effects certification from Avid Technology. Additionally, they obtained a Microsoft Collaboration: SharePoint, Teams, and Groups certification from LinkedIn in May 2020.
