Michael Manzanares has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Michael began their career as an Associate, Home and Kids Supervisor, and Mens Temp Supervisor at Kohl's. In 2016, they became a Substitute Teacher at El Paso Independent School District. In 2019, they joined L3Harris Technologies as a Software Engineer - Automated Test Development, where they mentored a Level 1 engineer, constructed software builds, reconfigured Cypress.io specs, authored scripts to automate test reports, and led a 4-member strike unit. In 2022, Michael joined Canopy Servicing Inc. as a Software Engineer, where they built and implemented a UI Automated Library using Cypress and Cucumber frameworks, and changed the Front End Development team's process to include adding Cypress UI automated test functions to the Pull Request process. Michael is currently employed as a Software Engineer - Intermediate Test Engineer at Moxe.

Michael Manzanares attended Worcester State University from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Michael then attended The University of Texas at El Paso from 2013 to 2017, and subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the same university from 2017 to 2019.
