Geordie McLachlin possesses extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as Chef Designate at Moxie's Grill & Bar since June 2020, after a previous tenure as Senior Sous Chef from November 2013 to March 2020. Prior roles include Senior Sous Chef at Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel, a 1st Cook at Fresh Restaurant, and Executive Sous Chef at Coast Tsawwassen Inn, where responsibilities included financial management and team organization. Geordie began culinary training as a Commis/Apprentice at Sutton Place Hotel and developed skills across various kitchen roles. Academic credentials include a Red Seal Journey Cook degree from Vancouver Community College and a level 1 Apprentice qualification from Okanagan College.
