Becca Poindexter

Becca Poindexter is currently the Director of User Experience at Mozarc Medical, where responsibilities include developing a new center of excellence for labeling, packaging, human factors, usability, and product stewardship since April 2023. Prior to this role, Becca Poindexter served at Medtronic for nearly 18 years, holding various positions including Program and User Experience Director, where leadership was provided for innovative user experience programs. Additional roles at Medtronic encompassed Program Director, Sr. Program Manager, Program Manager, Principal Systems Engineer, and Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on product development in hemodialysis and cardiac rhythm management. Becca Poindexter also has held leadership positions at the MIT Club of Minnesota as President and Vice President of Programming from July 2008 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
