Head, RF Engineering And Optimization at MOZARK

Ariel Marquez has extensive work experience in the field of RF engineering and optimization. They have held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Head of RF Engineering and Optimization at MOZARK. Prior to this, Ariel worked as a RAN Optimization Manager at Fortune Telecom Company Ltd., where they managed a team of RF Engineers and assisted with high-level technical RF planning.

Ariel also served as a Senior RAN Consultant at KPN, where they were involved in network modernization projects and conducted performance monitoring and troubleshooting of KPIs. They were responsible for frequency re-farming and converting GSM 900 to UMTS 900 and DCS 1800 to LTE1800.

Before that, Ariel worked as a Senior RF Optimization Engineer at Huawei, where they focused on optimizing 2G and 3G networks in Mexico City and major cities in Region 3. They were part of a special team that successfully optimized the network in preparation for the 2011 Pan American Games.

Additionally, Ariel worked briefly as a Senior 3G RND Expert at Ericsson, providing knowledge sharing sessions and attending LTE workshops. They also worked as a Senior RND/RNO Engineer at Korek Telecom, preparing rollout plans and conducting nominal planning.

In their earlier career, Ariel served as an RF Manager at Consistel, responsible for microcell networks in Pakistan, and as an In-Building Solution Consultant at GrameenPhone Ltd., leading the IBS team in resolving coverage and voice quality problems for VIP and corporate clients.

Ariel's career in RF engineering began as an IBS Team Lead Supervisor at Ericsson, where they initiated the in-building solution project and created standards and templates for site surveys and cell design. They also worked as a Senior RND Engineer at Ericsson, conducting nominal planning and frequency planning.

Prior to that, Ariel worked as an IBS Engineer at Aircom, focusing on RF indoor design and site surveys.

From 1996 to 2001, Ariel Marquez attended the University of the East where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
