Candice Martin

Candice Martin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles focused on people and culture. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Mozilla since July 2022, Candice previously held the same title at The Fund for Global Human Rights from April 2021 to June 2022. Prior to that, Candice was the Associate Director of Human Resources at the Heart Rhythm Society and a People Business Partner at The Faraday Grid, which closed shortly after Candice's tenure. Candice's earlier roles include Human Resources Consultant at CliftonLarsonAllen, co-founder of Fightebola.org, Director of Human Resources at Javlin, and various positions at Edwards Lifesciences, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and Medassurant. Candice holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and has further education from Prince George's Community College.
