Thunayan Matooq Althunayan has held a variety of roles in the public and private sectors since 2012. In 2012, they were a Team Leader for Business Development and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) at INJAZ-Saudi Arabia. In 2013, they were the Managing Director of Empretec-UNCTAD Saudi Arabia Branch at Social Development Bank (SDB). In 2015, they were the Director of Innovation and Business Development at Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in KSA. In 2017, they were the Acting Executive Manager for Community Engagement at Misk Foundation. In 2018, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Kyuubst for Inspiring, consulting, coaching and training towards sustainable development. In 2019, they were the Managing Director of Academies and Future Skills and Senior Expert for Training and Digital Capacities Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia. In 2020, they were the Managing Director at Dulani Business Center. In 2021, they were the Managing Director of AI, IoT, Data Science and Cybersecurity Innovation Centers and Director of Thakaa Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (IoT & Cybersecurity) at Mozn, as well as a Board Member at the Saudi Dodgeball Federation.
