Claudia Valdes Monterrubio

Claudia Valdes Monterrubio has a wealth of work experience. Claudia began their career in 2014 as a Planeación y Desarrollo at Corporativo Chedraui. In 2015, they moved to Hospitales Star Médica as an Ejecutivo de Capacitación y Atraccción de Talento. In 2017, they joined Grupo Abraxas as the Head of People Operations and an IT Recruiter. In 2020, they were appointed Head of People at ABRAXAS. Most recently, in 2021, they became the HR Manager at Mozper (YC S20), where they lead acquisition efforts to hire best-in-class talent, manages the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding, and builds, manages and coaches a high-performing team while developing a unified culture.

Claudia Valdes Monterrubio received their Licenciatura in Psicología from Universidad Veracruzana in 2014, after studying there from 2010 to 2014. Claudia then went on to pursue a Maestría in Administración de Negocios y Dirección de Talento at Universidad del Valle de México, which they completed in 2020.
