Kaitlyn Lee

Kaitlyn H. Lee has experience working as a Research Lab Technician II at Mozza, where Kaitlyn H. designs and executes experiments in growing milk proteins to produce cheese from soybean plants. Prior to this, Kaitlyn H. worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Davis Department of Plant Biology, conducting research on isolating the structure and transport of the twin-arginine translocon (TAT) complex. Kaitlyn H. also had an internship as an Optometry Intern at Dr. Richard Miyamoto Optometry, providing administrative and office support and conducting pre-examination testing for patients. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a minor in Public Health Sciences from the University of California, Davis.
