Manuel Barrera Naranjo is an experienced professional in industrial operations and manufacturing, currently serving as Responsable de Transformación de Operaciones Industriales at MP Lifts - Ascensores since November 2022. Previously, Manuel held various leadership roles, including Responsable de Mejora Continua en Fabricación Externa at Loewe and Plant Manager at Schindler Group, overseeing the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of elevators. With a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, Manuel has also been involved in the renewable energy sector with SCHOTT Solar and has contributed to the education of future leaders as a Lean Expert Program Trainer at Ixtitute.
