Christoph J. Thumm

Christoph J. Thumm has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christoph J. is currently working as the Managing Director of Real Estate at MPC Capital AG since September 2021. Prior to this role, they took some time off to reflect on their career and enjoy traveling, as mentioned in their position as "Loading update..." at CJT Self Management :-).

Before their break, Christoph served as the Geschäftsführer (CEO) of AC+X Strategic Investments GmbH from October 2017 to December 2019. Christoph J. also held the position of Head of Residential Real Estate Transactions at Aachener Grundvermögen Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH from July 2012 to January 2019.

Additionally, they worked as a Senior Investment Manager at DERECO Real Estate from September 2010 to July 2012, and as a Senior Consultant at Aengevelt Estate Consultants from June 2008 to March 2010.

Christoph began their career in the real estate industry as an Estate Agent at HypoVereinsbank from March 2004 to June 2008, and later at Deutsche Bank from June 2001 to February 2004.

Christoph J. Thumm has a diverse education history. In 1997, they graduated from Vallivue High School. Christoph J. then pursued a degree in economics, earning their Abitur from High School (Accent on Economics) in 2000. In 2001, they attended the European Center of Learning, specializing in real estate economics and earning a Merchant degree in 2003. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the Deutsche Immobilien Akademie (DIA) and obtained a Dipl. Sachverständiger (DIA) degree in property surveying. In 2019, they attended Singularity University and studied exponential innovation.
