Carol Santos

Carol Santos has a strong background in procurement, having worked as a Procurement Manager and Specialist at MPDC. With experience in financial analysis, tender preparation, contract management, and project coordination, Carol ensures successful project delivery. Prior to MPDC, Carol worked at Barclays Bank Mozambique as a Business Support Officer, handling portfolio monitoring and financial evaluation. As a Graduate trainee at Absa Bank, Carol gained diverse experience in financial advisory, credit cycle processes, and customer management. Carol holds a Masters of International Business from the University of Sydney, as well as a Honours and Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and Business Administration from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
