Kwabena Baah-Dwomoh

Kwabena Baah-Dwomoh has worked in various roles since 2005. Kwabena started as a Management Associate at Hertz in 2005, then moved to Adecco in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative. In 2007, they also started working at Navy Federal Credit Union as an Account Specialist III. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Call Center Representative at Inova Health System. In 2013, they began working at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia in the same role. In 2018, they became a Compliance Analyst/Junior Quality Control Analyst at Zimmerman Associates, Inc. and in 2019 they worked as a Warehouse Associate at Amazon. Currently, they are a Lead Regulatory Data Specialist at MPF Federal LLC, where they work on a federal government contract that regulates the selling, labeling and advertising of tobacco products. Kwabena cross-references data, photographs, and documents received from inspectors to ensure accuracy of information, edits and redacts the Undercover Buy (UB)/Compliance Check Inspections documents, and prepares daily reports of UB Documents for the regulatory Counsel.

Kwabena Baah-Dwomoh obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University between 2005 and 2008, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Kwabena also received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Radford University between 2000 and 2004, with a focus on Marketing.
