Jordan Margolis

Jordan Margolis is a seasoned professional in crisis services and racial equity, currently serving as the Crisis Programs Director at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene since September 2015. In this role, Jordan leads a data-driven unit overseeing a $15M portfolio of 26 children's crisis programs, focusing on enhancing access and promoting equity. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Program Consultant, Trainer with the Center for the Study of White American Culture, and Consultant at MPG Consulting LCSW PLLC. Jordan has authored anti-oppressive consultation and training programs for various organizations and has collaborated with community groups dedicated to social transformation. Educational achievements include a Master of Social Work and advanced certifications in clinical family therapy and structural family therapy.
