Nikhil Dwivedi

Nikhil Dwivedi has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Nikhil started their career in 2011 as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, where they developed and maintained web applications using .Net Framework and MS SQL. Nikhil also conducted requirement-gathering sessions with customers.

In 2013, Nikhil joined Belzabar Software Design India Private Limited as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst. In this role, they analyzed business needs and documented/developed BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, and Wireframes. Nikhil provided recommendations on product design and usability, and collaborated with clients and technology teams to ensure customer requirements were met.

Since 2018, Nikhil has been working at MphRx as an Associate Product Manager. Here, they have focused on healthcare data interoperability and various use cases for physicians, patients, and payers. Nikhil conducted market research to stay updated with new trends and gathered feedback from internal and external stakeholders to identify product improvements. Nikhil also worked closely with UI/UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience and collaborated with development teams for new product enhancements.

Nikhil Dwivedi has a diverse education history. In 2006, they began their undergraduate studies at Maharshi Dayanand University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. Nikhil completed this program in 2010.

Ten years later, in 2016, Nikhil attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. Here, they enrolled in a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Executive) program, specializing in Information Systems. Nikhil successfully completed this diploma in 2017.
