Jerry Buchanan, MS, has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Jerry has held various leadership roles in a range of industries, including healthcare, staffing, and technology. Jerry has extensive experience in developing and executing business strategies, managing teams, and implementing innovative recruitment processes. Throughout their career, they have consistently met or exceeded department goals and has been recognized for their ability to drive superior results.

Jerry Buchanan, MS has a Master's Degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Excelsior University. Jerry also attended The NCO Leadership Center of Excellence and Sergeants Major Academy, where they focused on Military and Strategic Leadership. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, including being certified to interpret and deliver CI Assessment Reports from Culture Index, certified to interpret and deliver assessment reports from RH Sweeney Associates for the Predictive Index Assessment, and certified in Recruiting Veterans from LinkedIn. Jerry also holds a TS/SCI Top Secret Security Clearance from the US Army, although it has expired.
