Andre Balka

Andre Balka is currently the Vice President of Organizational Development at SupplyCore Inc., where Andre leads the Human Resources Department supporting a global workforce. Andre also works as an Interim Human Resources Manager at MPOWR Envision. Prior to this, Andre worked as an Employment Specialist at Rockford Park District, where Andre managed the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for over 1,400 employees. With a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Andre has a strong background in HR and customer service.
