Mark Richmund de Leon

Mark Richmund de Leon is the Vice President of MPT Mobility, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation. Previously, Mark Richmund held positions in the Department of Transportation as Assistant Secretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure, and as OIC-Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure. With a Ph.D. in Urban and Regional Planning and extensive experience in transportation planning, Mark Richmund has contributed to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving mobility in the country.
