Brian Faeth

Brian Faeth has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Starting as an Auditor-Accountant at Boulay, Huetmaker, Zibell & Co, CPAs in 1983, they then worked as a Treasury and Accounting Analyst at Tonka Toys, where they managed various financial operations. Brian later joined Domino's Pizza as a Regional Controller, responsible for financial reporting and reconciliation. Subsequently, they worked as a Controller at Military Communications Center, Inc., where they prepared financial reports and conducted internal audits for regulatory compliance. Faeth then moved to Capella University, where they held roles as Director of Finance and Treasurer and later as Director of Finance - Strategy and Business Development. Here, they supervised treasury operations and had fiduciary duties related to retirement programs. Following this, they worked as a Finance & Accounting Consultant at Salo LLC, contributing to various finance and accounting projects for different organizations. Most recently, Faeth served as Chief Financial Officer at The Big Know, which was later acquired by mPulse Mobile, where they assumed the role of Director of Accounting.

Brian Faeth completed their education in three stages. In 1979, they graduated from Central High School. Then, from 1979 to 1983, they attended Minnesota State University, Mankato, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Lastly, from 1999 to 2005, Brian pursued a Masters International Management degree with a focus on International Corporate Finance at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
