Caroline Gard has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Front End Developer Intern at Exsitec, where they developed a web and mobile application to facilitate store employees' work. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Animator at Jelly London, assisting senior animators with motion graphics and 3D design for projects for brands like Primark and Sainsbury's. In the same year, they also worked as an Animator at KLACK Collective. In 2018, they were a Visiting Research Scholar at the American Museum of Natural History, where they implemented and visualized NASA's rover Curiosity using telemetry data. Throughout their career, Caroline has gained expertise in web development, animation, and project management.

Caroline Gard pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Technology and Engineering from Linköping University, which they completed from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they attended Hanyang University in 2015 to 2016, where they focused on Computer Science. Afterward, in 2016 to 2017, Gard enrolled at Hyper Island and obtained a degree in Motion Creative. Finally, in 2017 to 2018, they returned to Linköping University to pursue a Master of Science degree in Media Technology and Engineering.
