Vidhan M. began their work experience in 2018 as an intern in Cloud Computing at ESDS Software Solution Pvt Ltd. In 2020, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as an Assistant Manager, where they generated business revenue by explaining insurance instruments to customers and ensured compliance with banking and financial regulations. In 2022, they became a Graduate Developer at MQube.

Vidhan M. completed their Master of Science degree in FinTech and Policy from the University of Surrey from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, Vidhan M. also acquired several certifications including Ethereum Developer Bootcamp from Alchemy University in May 2023, Certified Blockchain Developer™ from Blockchain Council in December 2022, and Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP in February 2022.
