Tumelo Mothapo

Tumelo Mothapo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. From 2019 to the present, Tumelo has worked at Mr D as the Head of Operations, overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing and managing operational protocols, and monitoring performance against service level agreements and key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Tumelo was the Acting Head of Operations at Mr D and the Head of Driver Operations. Tumelo also has experience as an Operations Manager at Mr D. In 2018, Tumelo worked as an MBA Summer Intern at SoftBank Group. Before that, from 2015 to 2017, Tumelo worked at FNB South Africa as a Business Process Engineer and a Process Analyst. Tumelo's work experience also includes a role as a Graduate Engineer at Afrox from 2014 to 2015.

Tumelo Mothapo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Doshisha University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Technology Management from the University of Pretoria. Tumelo also holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university. Tumelo completed their high school education at Northern Academy High School in 2008.
