Janis Cheadle

Janis Cheadle is currently the ESG Director & Company Secretary at Mr Price Group, overseeing legal, compliance, ethics, environmental, and sustainability functions. With a background in law and business management, Janis has held various legal advisory and governance roles at companies such as Massmart Holdings Limited and Swiss Re. Janis has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Durban and UNISA, respectively.
