Hugo Borges

Hugo Borges is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in the franchise and retail sectors. Currently serving as the National Director of Operations at Mr. Puffs since May 2018, Hugo oversees regional and provincial operational directors and has successfully opened over 50 new locations across Quebec and Ontario, establishing comprehensive frameworks and franchisee training programs. Prior to this role, Hugo was a Franchise Owner at Clébard from 2012 to 2018, where responsibilities included customer relations and day-to-day operations. Earlier experience as a Sales & Customer Service Representative at Centre de Conditionnement Citalfort contributed to business turnaround success, significant member recruitment, and employee training. Hugo holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Concordia University, along with other relevant diplomas.
