Jessica Biely has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Jessica most recently worked at MRA - The Management Association as the Affirmative Action Products & Services Lead, AA Business Partner, Compensation Director, and HRBP. Prior to that, they operated their own consulting business, Jessica Biely Consulting, where they provided human resources consulting services. Jessica also served as the Manager of Human Resources at Dielectric Manufacturing and the HR Manager at Rytec Corporation. Early in their career, they held positions at Sharp Packaging Systems, LLC as the Manager of Human Resources and Senior HR Generalist, as well as at Alsco as an HR Manager. Jessica began their career at Huffy Sports as an HR & Manufacturing Assistant and Human Resources Clerk.

Jessica Biely completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Jessica attended the university from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Greendale High School in the years 1988 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Jessica also obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources. In 2009, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, and in 2015, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
