Katy Archer

Katy Archer has extensive experience in the financial services industry, specializing in technology tool and capability business ownership and strategy. Katy has held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Sr. Director, Director, and Senior Manager, at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. Katy has also worked as a Risk Manager and Manager in service delivery operational risk management and corporate office technology service desk, respectively. Katy has strong skills in Agile, Lean, journey mapping, design thinking, digital process automation, and other process optimization/innovation frameworks. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer and Minnesota Division Manager at MRA - The Management Association. Katy is also a Member of a company called Chief. With their extensive experience and expertise, Katy has consistently driven change and enabled major components of critical cross-enterprise transformation initiatives.

Katy Archer attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 1998 to 2003. Katy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General. In 2011, they attended the Disney Institute for a short period, studying Quality of Service.
